A valid driver's license, proof of insurance (a photo or PDF), and a payment card are required for every rental. Both files must be uploaded before you can book. Full payment is due at booking. Tractor and generator rentals also require a refundable deposit.

Trailer rentals need no security deposit. Tractor rentals carry a $350 refundable deposit and generator rentals a $75 refundable deposit, charged at booking and refunded when the equipment is returned in good condition. We also keep your payment card on file and may charge it after your rental for late fees, cleaning, or damage, as described in your rental agreement.

Contact us before your scheduled return time to check availability. Extensions are billed at the same published rates.

You're responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Repair or replacement costs are charged to the card on file, as described in your rental agreement.
